TERMS OF SERVICE

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By registering you represent that you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for all activity that occurs under your account. Keep your credentials confidential. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

• Only list vehicles you have the legal right to sell.
• Provide accurate, complete, and non-misleading descriptions, photos, mileage, VIN, condition, and provenance.
• Vehicles must satisfy the U.S. 25-year import rule or be otherwise legally importable at the time of sale.
• Prohibited items include salvage titles marketed as clean, stolen vehicles, vehicles with tampered odometers or VINs, and any listing that violates applicable law.
• ImportHub reserves the right to remove any listing at our discretion and to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

ImportHub charges a platform commission of 1% on completed transactions, a one-time featured-listing boost fee of $29.99, and monthly dealer-plan subscription fees (Basic and Pro tiers). All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. All payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms.

Escrow, pre-purchase inspections, and shipping estimates are offered as convenience services. ImportHub is not the buyer, seller, transporter, inspector, or lender in any transaction. Escrow funds are held by Stripe and released according to the milestones agreed by buyer and seller.

• Do not attempt to defraud, mislead, or harass other users.
• Do not scrape, crawl, or extract data at scale without written permission.
• Do not attempt to circumvent ImportHub's fees by directing transactions off-platform.
• Do not upload malware, exploits, or infringing content.
• Do not use the Service to launder money or evade taxes, customs duties, or sanctions.

You retain ownership of the listings, photos, and other content you upload. By posting content you grant ImportHub a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating the Service. All other trademarks and copyrights belong to their respective owners.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. ImportHub does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that listings are accurate, or that transactions between users will be completed satisfactorily. Any purchase decision is your responsibility — we strongly recommend a pre-purchase inspection.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ImportHub, its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability to you will not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid ImportHub in the twelve months preceding the claim or (b) $100.

You agree to indemnify and hold ImportHub LLC harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your listings, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

You may close your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your account with or without notice for any reason, including violation of these Terms or applicable law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including §4, §7, §8, §9, §10, and §12).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration in the county of our principal place of business, except that either party may bring an individual action in small-claims court. You waive any right to participate in a class action.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app and by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
